01About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you play Koala Fruit Shake Go (the “Game”), published by CHELEST ESTUDIO, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA LABORAL (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

The Game is designed as a casual entertainment experience. This policy covers information processed through the Game and the third-party services used to support its operation, analytics, stability, and push notifications.

03Firebase & OneSignal

The Game uses third-party technology services that may process technical information as part of providing their services.

Google Firebase. Firebase may be used for analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and other technical functions. Depending on the Firebase features enabled in the Game, Firebase may process device information, app interactions, identifiers, diagnostic information, and related technical data.

OneSignal. OneSignal is used to support push notifications. OneSignal may process device and subscription identifiers, notification delivery and interaction information, device characteristics, and related technical information necessary to provide and measure notifications.

These providers process information according to their own privacy terms and may process information on infrastructure located outside your country of residence, subject to applicable safeguards.

04How information is used

Information may be used to operate and maintain the Game, understand general gameplay and feature usage, identify and fix crashes or technical problems, improve stability and performance, deliver push notifications, and protect the Game and its services from misuse.

We do not use information collected through the Game to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance, or other similarly significant matters.

05Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by service providers such as Google Firebase and OneSignal where necessary to provide their technical services. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid request from an authorized public authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Game.

We do not sell players’ personal information for money.

06Children’s privacy

The Game is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children beyond technical information that may be processed through the services described above. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information that should be removed, contact us using the details below. We will review the request and take appropriate action as required by applicable law.

07Retention & security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce applicable agreements. Retention periods may also depend on the settings and policies of Firebase and OneSignal.

You can control push notifications through your device settings. You may also have rights under applicable privacy law to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of personal information, and in some cases data portability or withdrawal of consent.

09International processing & updates

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for international transfers.
